Given free reign by Alan, I worked with noted structural engineer Michael Kasamoto on upgrading the 1960s pipe rail & plexiglass guardrails, pool deck paving and pool cabana showers, restroom. to comply with current codes, while upgrading the aesthetic, in keeping with its neighbors.
